The Door County Renaissance & Fantasy Faire, taking place in 2012 within the beautiful Door County woodlands at 5226 Monument Point Rd., just north of Carlsville, WI on two weekends: June 30 — July 1 and July 7 — 8… the re-creation of an early 16th Century European Country Market Faire with some whimsical characters from lore and legend thrown in for your entertainment pleasure.
Enjoy the music of 3 Pints Gone’s traditional-style Celtic folk songs and sea shanties and dance extravaganzas by the Sisters of Kaheena Belly Dancers. Thrill to swordplay and real live jousting on horseback by the Noble Cause Jousters. Experience the color and pageantry of the renaissance time period with Queen Catherine, King Edward and the royal entourage, members of the touring company Have Court, Will Travel.
But there’s much more going on here and there’s only one way to find that real magic. Come to Door County for the Annual Renaissance Faire.
