An intriguing mix of artists and fine craftsmen will again line the paths of the Settlement Shops on Saturday, July 28, from 10 am ‘til 5 pm for the 10th Annual Summer Art Fair.
Music performed by Settlement Art Fair favorites, the Heurer Brothers, will fill the air, and the Door County Private Chef will be serving up lunch, baked goods, light snacks and beverages.
It’s all part of the fun as artists and artisans from Door County and all over Wisconsin gather to present their latest creations at the Settlement, just south of Fish Creek. Original arts and craft work will include paintings, pottery, glass, photography, hand-woven textiles, one-of-a-kind hand-knit socks, and jewelry made of precious metals, metal clay, beads, and recycled/repurposed treasures. There will be interior decor items and original yard art, too!
Local resident Barbara Bicker will be selling her unique felt Christmas ornaments to benefit the local Library. The beautiful and friendly Summerwind Alpacas will also make a live appearance!
Don’t miss this great day of art, food and music presented by the businesses that comprise the Settlement Shops, located just 1 mile south of downtown Fish Creek on Highway 42. For more information contact Barbara, the Artful Artisan at 920.868.9222.
