Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry continues its Community Health Information Programs (CHIPs) with the latest entitled, “For I Was Sick and You Visited Me.”
Susan C. Johnson, Chaplain at Ministry Door County Medical Center, will present a discussion of this very sensitive subject. As we are well aware, illness has no age distinctions, so youth as well as the community’s more mature adults are on equal footing in finding this program especially valuable and informative.
With this latest program in the series, there also comes a change in venue and a new, earlier start time. This CHIPs program will be held at Scandia Village Education Room, 10560 Applewood Dr. in Sister Bay, on Sunday, November 11, from 1 – 2 pm.
The Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry also offers free blood pressure screenings beginning at 4:30 pm at the monthly Loaves & Fishes Meal held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at St. Rosalia Church – Stella Maris Parish in Sister Bay. This month, the meal will be held on Tuesday, October 23.
