Door Shakespeare will hold auditions for their forthcoming season featuring productions of the Bard’s “Twelfth Night” and a stage version of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” in rep from July 8 to Aug. 21.
Rehearsals for Door Shakespeare begin June 13 and the company is scouting the Midwest throughout the month of February for next season’s cast and crew.
Artistic Director Jerry Gomis says, “Please submit a picture, resume and cover letter indicating in which city you would like to be seen – via US mail only. We are sorry but no online submissions will be accepted.”

Auditions for Door Shakespeare are by invitation after reviewing your head shot and resume submission. They will contact you via email or by phone with an invitation to audition approximately one week prior to the audition date. With limited time, resources and travel requirements, Door Shakespeare has found this to be the most successful format for season auditions.
